First brush the brow hair into place using an old, clean toothbrush or clean mascara wand. Gently dab the tip of the Wedge Brow Brush into the powder eyeshadow or powder eyebrow color and apply to the brow using short, hair-like strokes. Fill in the shape of the brow without adding any color above or beneath the brow itself. The goal is to delicately fill in the area between brow hairs rather than draw on new hairs. If needed, carefully place color under the eyebrow to reshape them, but go no further than 1/4 inch beyond where the hair growth stops.
