For lining eyes: Gently stroke the brush through the eyeshadow color, using either the flat side of the brush (for a thicker line) or the side (for a thinner line). Move the brush across the eyeshadow in the direction of the bristles. Knock any excess color from the brush, then carefully apply the color from inner to outer corner of the upper lash line. Repeat this step for the lower lashline, but do not line all the way across the eye; Rather, stop just before reaching the inner third of the lower lashline, and make sure your line fades gradually for the most attractive effect. Build color until desired effect is achieved.
For brows: First brush the brow hair into place using an old, clean toothbrush or clean mascara wand. Gently dab the tip (or the side, if you’re filling in the entire brow) of the Precision Liner Brush into the powder eyeshadow or powder eyebrow color and apply to the brow using short, hair-like strokes. Fill in the shape of the brow without adding any color above or beneath the brow itself. The goal is to delicately fill in the area between brow hairs rather than draw on new hairs. If needed, carefully place color under the eyebrow to reshape them, but go no further than 1/4 inch beyond where the hair growth stops. Compared to our Wedge/Brow Brush, the Precision Liner Brush allows you to fill in the brow using shorter, more precise strokes.
