It is essential to use a product with sunscreen every day, whether it is in your foundation or moisturiser. This is true for all skin types and colors. Moisturisers with sunscreen should always be the last skin-care product you apply. If it is not, you are diluting its effectiveness. The exception to this is foundation or powder, which, if used, should be applied carefully so as not to rub the sunscreen off. Allow the moisturiser with sunscreen to absorb prior to makeup application. Avobenzone may cause a yellow discoloration on white cotton clothing if you live in an area that has iron in the water.
