Is it safe for me to enter my credit card number when I place an order?
Yes. All order information is processed through our secure servers. This security feature scrambles all information before it is sent over the Internet and also makes sure that you are sending it to the right place.
When you enter your credit card information on the order form, the encrypted information is automatically transmitted to a credit card gateway for online credit card approval. It's really no different than having a waiter swipe your credit card in a restaurant. Both use standard phone lines, encryption coding, and authorization processes.
Once your credit card is validated, we receive an authorization and process the order.
Your credit card information is encrypted throughout this entire process and this system is very secure. You need not be concerned about someone accessing your credit card information.

How can I be sure this site is safe and secure?
When you begin the Checkout process, you will see a small lock in the left hand corner of your browser. You will also see an "https://" in the Web address. Both of these icons signify that you have been transferred to the secure server. You will only do this on the site when it is time to enter your credit card number and complete your order. It will not appear on the content portions of the site or in the shopping cart prior to that. This is normal. Security is only required when it is time to enter information that needs to be encrypted, such as a credit card number.
Rest assured. Paula's Choice is very concerned about the security of your information and this site uses the best encryption available.

What if I don't want to use my credit card on the Web?
If you still do not feel comfortable giving your credit card number online, please write down the names and item numbers of the products you would like to order and call our Customer Care Representatives at 1800 819 566. They are available Monday through Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm or you may leave a voice message. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via email.

I do not have a credit or debit card. Can I still place an order?
Absolutely. We also accept payment by cheque or money order. Please note that we do not accept third-party cheques.
Simply write down the names and item numbers of the products you would like to order, fill out our Order Form and mail it, along with your payment to:

Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?

What is your product guarantee?
We want you to be delighted with your order, but if for any reason a product from our Skin Care range, within 30 days of purchase, does not match the description, is faulty or does not perform its function, we will happily provide a prompt refund, inhouse credit, or exchange (excluding Membership fee and all freight costs.) Please note you are responsible for the safe return and mailing costs. We regret we are unable to extend this Guarantee to Paula’s Choice makeup, brushes, accessories and books, and where stipulated on Montly Special Offers. Are your products available in stores?
Our products are primarily available by mail order, by phone or fax, or on our web site, however you can purchase from an exclusive number of Wholesalers throughout Australia.
Can I come in and place my order in your office?
Unfortunately, our office is not set up as a retail establishment. However, orders can be collected to avoid freight costs within 24 hours of placing order.

How do I know if an item I ordered is backordered or out-of-stock?
If we are unable to provide you with an item, it will be clearly shown on your Invoice and will be sent to you once it is available (at no freight charge).
