tomato extract

Extract that has weak antioxidant properties. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is a significant antioxidant, but it is more bioavailable from tomato paste than from fresh tomatoes. It can also be a potential skin sensitizer depending on what part of the tomato is used, but there is no way to know that from an ingredient label.
