What does it do?
Broad spectrum SPF 15 helps prevent premature ageing while helping to improve skin health and hydration. Leaves a soft, dewy finish and provides superior anti-ageing benefits. The SPF 15 is a significant benefit as it decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin ageing caused by the sun if used as directed with other sun protection measures.

Having used Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Lotion with SPF for a couple of years, I decided to try the sample of this for the anti ageing benefits and also because according to the US website it has higher SPF. It defiantly smells more like a sunscreen than the Skin Recovery one and has a lovely silky feel to it. My skin is normal-dry and acne prone and it is moisturising enough for my skin without clogging my pores. Highly recommend!

I was previously using Skin Recovery lotion with SPF on top of my Skin Recovery moisturizer as I couldn't wear it alone as it was too light. This product is perfect, I now only need to use this one product as I find it is very hydrating.

I love the spf, it's one less step I have to take. Hot sun and drying air-cons my skin burns and can get line easily, this moisturiser is light and refreshing to wear everyday

I have finally found a sunscreen that suits my skin! I have dry sensitive skin and have tried all of the mineral based sunscreens from PC with no success as I find they son't sink into my skin very well and don't leave me feeling hydrated. I have had sensitivities to "chemical" sunscreens before and so I purchased the trial size first, and thank goodness I did! I have had no irritation and I don't need to layer much underneath this sunscreen to achieve the right amount of moisture for my skin; It is comfortable all day. I have now purchased the full size.

Potentially great but unfortunately not for me

I was previously using Skin Recovery Daily Moisturizing Lotion SPF 15, when I saw this I thought I'd try it as it has niacinamide in it. However it made me break out in a few pimples compared to the skin recovery SPF moisturizer. I think it's because the skin recovery one is mineral sunscreen and this one is not mineral. It's a shame, cos I really wanted to like this product. I'll just go back to using the skin recovery one. It's otherwise a nice moisturizer if I didn't get pimples from it. Not oily at all, lightweight, easy to apply, moisturizing (I have dry skin). The SPF is enough if you are staying indoor all day, but wouldn't be good enough for the harsh Aussie/NZ sun if you are going out. On an irrelevant note, the other thing I hope Paula's Choice change one day is that the moisturizers are so small in package size! I have to frequently repurchase and it creates a lot of plastic waste which is a shame. I wish they sell them in at least double the current size!
