How To Use

    Hydrating but with useless dropper which wastes product

    The booster hydrates well and is quickly absorbed. Unfortunately the dropper is useless; it was clogged up with the serum which means having to use the bottle without it, thereby wasting product. Please could you look into making either a dropper that works or making the booster less prone to clogging and clumping?

    This is a great product, but bad packaging

    The product is great. The bottle does not function well, so it feels like, i'm not getting a full bottle. At first I thought the product was building up around the neck of the bottle because the dropper didn't have a built in scrapper. But the latest bottle I bought did have the internal scraper, and yet, there is so much building around the neck of the bottle still. So I lose half the bottle to the bad packaging. It's hard to accept that I only get use of half the contents. The bottle last only about 1/3 of the time that other dropper bottles in this line last. I can't see through the glass, so it is possible that the bottle is only half full.

    I love this

    I can't do without. Every time I think I will go without to try something else I'm disappointed, then I reorder. It has more than a subtle effect, reducing fine lines and improving texture
