This used to be my regular cleanser for yeara bur my last 3 orders ( over 6 tubes) have been gritty and unusable. I am not sure if the formular has changed or production process is different or maybe I have just been unlucky has recieved bad tubes???

I reached out after my 2nd order and got a refund but still waiting to hear back re my 3rd order.

So disappointed as now i have to find a diff cleanser.

Excellent cleansing balm, super soft and effective cleansing without stripping skin. Smells great even though they don't add fragrance which is a bonus. I really hope Paula's consider selling this in a much bigger size asap as it runs out so quickly and if used every day to remove makeup doesn't last long enough in between re-ordering. Will definitely repurchase :)

I have sensitive combination skin with hormonal acne and large pores and even the most gentle gel cleansers recommended for combination acne skin left my skin feeling tight and prone to redness. Since swapping to this cleansing balm it is like my moisture barrier has been restored - my skin always feels smooth and hydrated, my nodular acne has vanished and I have fewer sebaceous filaments around my nose. Love how gentle yet effective this is, only wish there was a larger version.

I've purchased this multiple times now but I have decided to stop unfortunately. The price point is very steep for what you get especially when you do not buy it on 'sale' even with it being on sale it is still fairly expensive for only 100ml. The screw cap is very annoying to use, the hole to dispense is too big so u tend to accidentally squeeze out too much and you can never really squeeze at all your money worth from the tube. However the product is amazing if you have the spare $$$ then I would recommend. What i do love about this product is that it comes in a tube making it super easy to use, removes ALL makeup/sunscreen off and of all the balm cleansers I have used this one does not leave that weird residue on your face. It emulsifies very well and washes off very well.

Really wanted to love it but it is not effective in removing non-waterproof mascara in a timely manner. It takes a solid minute of messaging the eyes, to help manually breakdown the mascara. During which time, it stings my eyes and leaves a residual film in my vision for some time afterwards. In terms of removing lipstick, sunscreen and foundation, it certainly delivers results.
