Benefits

This delicate cream nourishes dry skin with an exclusive blend of shea butter and omega oils that quiet factors in skin which trigger signs of stress and irritation. Ceramides, plant oils and botanical antioxidants, passion fruit and guava, provide barrier-strengthening nutrients for healthier skin.

Omega+ Complex Moisturizer instantly hydrates, soothes, and addresses signs of dry, flaky skin. A network of natural replenishing ingredients restore youthful suppleness, resilience and vibrancy.

How To Use

Once or twice daily, apply a small amount to face and neck. For daytime, always follow with a sunscreen. If using with RESIST Omega + Complex serum, apply serum first.

FAQs

Who is Paula's Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer best for?

The Omega+ Complex Moisturizer is ideal if you have dry, dehydrated skin that’s showing signs of fatigue and visible signs of ageing like fine lines and wrinkles. Its non-irritating formula is also great if you have sensitive skin.

How is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer different from the Omega+ Complex Serum?

The main difference between the Omega+ Complex Moisturizer and Omega+ Complex Serum are their textures. Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a whipped, airy cream texture while the serum is a thin lotion. Ingredient-wise, the Moisturizer and Serum contain the same key Omega+ Complex, but the Moisturizer has amino acids, some non-fragrant plant oils, and soothing antioxidants not found in the serum. In contrast, the Serum contains vitamins C and E, a higher amount of glycerin, and the addition of plum oil for its omega 9 benefits (the Moisturizer relies more on oleic acid for omega 9). The products are designed to layer together.

Can Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer be used around the eyes?

Yes, like other Paula’s Choice moisturisers, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer’s gentle, fragrance-free formula can safely be used around your eyes to combat dry skin and dehydration.

Does Omega+ Complex Moisturizer feel greasy?

Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a rich texture, but its whipped formula sinks into skin quickly without feeling greasy.

I keep pushing the pump on Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer but no product is coming out.

When using your product for the first time, you may need to prime the dispenser. For best results, follow our step-by-step guide on how to prime moisturiser.

How can I tell if I have dry skin or dehydrated skin?

Dry skin and dehydrated skin are sometimes used interchangeably, which can cause confusion. The truth is that dry skin is a skin type, meaning skin routinely feels tight or dry. The intensity of this can change a bit throughout the year, but in the absence of a good moisturiser, the dry, tight feeling is always present. Dehydrated skin is a skin condition that can make skin look and feel dry all over, but this feeling tends to come and go rather than persist. Another telltale sign of dehydrated skin is excess oil on the surface, with tight, dry or flaky areas in other places.

Is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer good for blemish-prone, dehydrated skin?

If your skin is normal to dry and blemish-prone, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer may be suitable for you. If your skin is more on the oily to combination side, you might find that it’s too rich and prefer a lighter oily skin moisturiser instead.

What do omega fatty acids do for skin?

Omega fatty acids have many benefits for skin, including strengthening skin’s surface layers for a smoother, healthier and younger-looking complexion.

    Luxurious yet light

I've had 70 years of exposure to the Australian sun so I've got some problems to deal with. I've also got a combination skin with simultaneous extremes of dryness and oiliness.

I use many PC products and love all those that I continue using. Some are ok, but I don't repeat buy unless the results are there. I'm patient; I can wait for results and this product delivers them. I adore the luxurious and light feel of this moisturiser. It is just sublime. I don't break out despite the intense moisturising properties yet my skin is demonstrably softened and any sign of redness just disappears. I use it more in winter than on 40 deg Celsius summer days because of its fattiness (don't equate this with thick and cloying; it's anything but) but that fattiness is so soothing and calming and restorative. But this without hesitation and total confidence.

    Favourite PC moisturiser

I use this daily at night over my actives or a serum and it melts into my skin. The texture is whipped, rich enough for me in Winter, but not greasy. It doesn't break out my combination hormonal acne prone skin. I've used it all winter and sometimes swap it out for the omega serum in summer. It doesn't irritate my skin after shallow microneedling either.

I love the whole omega range, I am hooked.
